Oceans of light...

I recently journeyed across the Pacific Ocean from the island of Oahu, Hawaii to San Diego. I was aboard the US Naval Warship "Peleliu" which gained 21 knots across land (21 mph) at a total distance of 2,611 miles. It took a while.

I have always been in awe of the open ocean... and what lies beneath.
